Ms. Kakuli Sarkar's Inspiring Journey with Jeevan Se Jeevan Foundation

In a small corner of the world, where many dreams fade and hopes wane, Kakulí Sarkar’s journey began with a vision that was nothing short of extraordinary. What started with a small group of just three children has today transformed into the Jeevan Se Jeevan Foundation, an organization that now supports and nurtures the lives of over three hundred children. This growth, however, didn’t come easily.

Kakulí’s path was laden with hardships and struggles. There were days when it seemed as though the world was conspiring against her. She faced the sting of abandonment, the scorn of critics, and the heavy burden of doubts. People around her laughed at her efforts, questioning her ability to make a real difference. They found fault with everything she did, pointing out her mistakes, while she remained steadfast in her commitment to the children who depended on her.

Despite the overwhelming challenges, Kakulí refused to give up. Even in moments when her spirit was almost broken, she carried on. She faced countless sleepless nights, fought against the tide of skepticism, and at times felt utterly alone. But with each trial, she grew stronger. Each setback served as a reminder of the lives she was touching, and with every obstacle, she learned and evolved.

Her tenacity and unshakable belief in the cause eventually led to the formation of a dedicated team of young leaders from the very community she sought to uplift. Today, Kakulí not only continues her work with the foundation but also leads a team of ten passionate youths who help her run and manage the NGO. These young leaders, many of whom come from similar backgrounds, have become an integral part of her vision, reinforcing the impact of Jeevan Se Jeevan Foundation on the lives of countless children.

From those humble beginnings with only three children, Kakulí has now created an environment where more than three hundred children thrive — receiving education, shelter, love, and the opportunity to build a better future. Her story is a testament to the power of resilience, the importance of community support, and the indomitable will of one woman who refused to give up on her dream.

In a world that often tries to silence the voices of the determined and the hopeful, Kakulí Sarkar’s story reminds us that no matter how dark the journey may seem, perseverance and compassion can lead to profound change. Today, Jeevan Se Jeevan Foundation continues to flourish, thanks to her relentless spirit, and her story stands as a beacon of hope for all those who dare to dream beyond the struggles they face.

The Story of Sushmita: A Pillar of Strength in the Face of Adversity

Sushmita’s journey with the NGO and her partnership with Kakulí Sarkar is a tale of dedication, resilience, and unwavering support. She began as a teacher, committed to providing education and hope to the children in need. Little did she know, her path would evolve into one of deep personal commitment, struggle, and an unbreakable bond of friendship with Kakulí.

When the foundation faced its toughest challenges and much of the external support dwindled, many turned their backs on the cause. But not SUSHMITA. She chose to stand by Kakulí when everyone else left, deciding to continue their mission with nothing but their determination to keep moving forward. Together, they started again from scratch—facing overwhelming odds, with minimal resources and no one to rely on but each other.

Despite their best efforts, the road was far from smooth. The critics came in full force, questioning their ability, their methods, and their future. They laughed at the idea of rebuilding an NGO from the ground up, suggesting that the dream was too big and too unrealistic. But through it all, SUSHMITA remained steadfast, choosing to believe in the cause, in Kakulí, and in herself.

Even in moments of deep struggle, when things seemed impossible and the weight of criticism threatened to break them, SUSHMITA refused to give up. She knew the importance of their work—the lives they were touching, the children they were helping—and she was unwilling to let go of the dream they had worked so hard to build.

Her journey hasn’t been easy. She, too, has faced criticism, doubt, and the kind of challenges that would make anyone question their resolve. But SUSHMITA’s inner strength has always been her guiding light. She didn’t just stay as a teacher; she became a co-director, a leader, and a beacon of hope for the entire team. Her commitment to the mission, her trust in Kakulí, and her belief in the power of giving back to the community have been instrumental in the NGO’s survival and success.

Today, Sushmita continues her work alongside Kakulí, leading the organization with passion and perseverance. She’s not just a teacher anymore; she’s a partner in every sense of the word. Her story is a powerful reminder that when faced with adversity, the strongest bonds of all are formed—not just through shared vision, but through the courage to stand together, even when the world seems ready to pull you apart.

Sushmita’s journey with the NGO is one of loyalty, grit, and the determination to see through a cause, no matter how many obstacles stand in the way. She has proven that no matter how hard the struggle may be, the people who stay true to their values and their dreams will always find a way to rise again.
